摘要
为解决传统变形分析方法存在分析精度较低的不足,提出船舶尾轴环机械密封装置端面变形分析,基于尾轴环机械密封装置端面边界条件的确定,以及端面静载参数的计算,完成了船舶尾轴环机械密封装置端面变形分析模型的构建;依托尾轴环机械密封装置端面外载荷的施加,实现了船舶尾轴环机械密封装置端面变形分析。试验数据表明,提出的变形分析方法较传统的变形分析方法分析精度95.69%,适合于不同船舶尾轴环机械密封装置端面的变形分析。
In order to solve the problem of low accuracy in traditional deformation analysis method,the end face deformation analysis of ship stern shaft ring mechanical seal device is put forward.Based on the determination of end face boundary conditions of stern shaft ring mechanical seal device and the calculation of end surface static load parameters,the end face deformation analysis model of ship stern shaft ring mechanical seal device is established.With the application of external load,the deformation analysis of the end face of the mechanical seal device of ship stern shaft ring is realized.The test data show that the accuracy of the proposed deformation analysis method is 95.69%higher than that of the traditional method,and it is suitable for the deformation analysis of the end face of the mechanical seal device of the stern shaft ring of different ships.
