舰船动力定位系统推进器的过载保护和功率管理研究

摘要 传统的船舶动力定位系统采用柴油机作为推进动力,并配合推进吊舱,实现船舶的动态定位。随着电力技术的不断发展,电力推进技术在船舶动力定位中有了更广泛的应用,电力推进技术具有调速方便,可靠性高等优点。本文首先研究了船舶动力定位的电力推进系统原理,建立了船舶动力定位推进电机的数学模型,然后设计了船舶的功率检测电路和过载保护控制器,并基于Visual C++6. 0平台进行了舰船动力定位推进器的功率管理和保护仿真实验。 The traditional ship dynamic positioning system uses diesel engine as propulsion power,and cooperates with the propulsion pod to realize the ship dynamic positioning.With the continuous development of electric power technology,electric propulsion technology has been widely used in ship dynamic positioning.Electric propulsion technology has the advantages of convenient speed regulation and high reliability.Firstly,this paper studies the principle of ship power positioning electric propulsion system,establishes the mathematical model of ship power positioning propulsion motor,then designs the power detection circuit and overload protection controller of ship,and carries out the power management and protection simulation experiment of ship power positioning thruster based on Visual C++6.0 software platform.
