摘要
船舶轴系是船舶动力系统的重要组成部分,由于轴系上的轴承承载着很大的载荷和应力,再加上工作环境比较恶劣,船舶轴系上的轴承会出现润滑质量差等问题,导致轴系的变形和破坏,因此,有必要对船舶推进轴系的轴承润滑问题进行研究。本文结合多体动力学和流体润滑基本原理,结合有限元分析技术和摩擦试验机等设备,从理论和实践上对船舶轴系的轴承润滑特性进行系统的研究,有助于改善船舶轴系的轴承润滑特性,提高使用寿命。
The ship shafting is an important part of the ship power system.Because the bearings on the shafting bear a lot of loads and stresses,and the working environment is bad,the bearings on the ship shafting will have poor lubrication quality,which will lead to the deformation and damage of the shafting.Therefore,it is necessary to study the bearing lubrication of the ship propulsion shafting.In this paper,based on the basic principles of multi-body dynamics and fluid lubrication,combined with finite element analysis technology and friction testing machine,the bearing lubrication characteristics of ship shafting are systematically studied theoretically and practically,which is helpful to improve the bearing lubrication characteristics of ship shafting and improve its service life.
