摘要
大型船舶内空调制冷设备是船舶内部温度调节系统重要的组成部分。制冷设备的能耗关乎着船舶电力系统供电输出控制,同时也关乎着船舶的能源开销。不断优化船舶内部制冷设备的节能技术刻不容缓。因此大型船舶内部制冷设备节能技术研究。在对现有的技能技术进行分析基础上,对制冷设备供电单元的控制反馈算法进行优化,实现动态变频供电控制;同时,对制冷设备的温控算法进行优化,通过多温区分离PID算法,对这冷输出环境温度数据进行精准控制,完成对制冷设备节能技术的整体优化;最后,通过实验的方式对优化后的节能技术进行测试验证,证明其有效性与稳定性。
Air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in large ships is an important part of the ship’s internal temperature control system.The energy consumption of refrigeration equipment is related to the power supply and output control of ship power system,as well as the energy expenditure of ship.It is urgent to continuously optimize the energy-saving technology of ship internal refrigeration equipment.Therefore,the energy-saving technology of large-scale ship internal refrigeration equipment is proposed.Based on the analysis of the existing technical skills,the control feedback algorithm of refrigeration equipment power supply unit is optimized to realize dynamic frequency conversion power supply control.At the same time,the temperature control algorithm of refrigeration equipment is optimized.Through the multi-temperature separation PID algorithm,the temperature data of the cold output environment are accurately controlled to complete the overall optimization of refrigeration equipment energy-saving technology.Finally,the optimized energy-saving technology is tested and verified by experiments,which proves its effectiveness and stability.
