纳米屏蔽材料研究现状及新型屏蔽材料设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究轻质、高效、无毒性且兼备优良物理性能的新型二次屏蔽材料,综述了纳米屏蔽材料的发展现状,对其力学性能及屏蔽性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,纳米功能粒子改性后的复合材料,其力学强度和屏蔽性能均优于微米粒子。本文结合纳米材料的优势,在传统铅硼聚乙烯屏蔽材料的基础上,提出了一种新型的纳米稀土氧化物/高分子基复合屏蔽材料,并给出了原理性方案。 To investigate the new secondary shielding materials with light,high-efficiency,non-toxicity and excellent physical properties,this article analyzed the current development situation of nano shielding materials and compared the mechanical and shielding property to each other.The results show that nano shielding materials have its advantages in mechanical and shielding property.Finally,this article combined the advantageous of nano materials put forward a designing scheme of a new kind nano composite shielding material with rare-earth oxide additives based on the traditional lead-boron polyethylene composite shielding material.
