摘要 在舰船生产与制造过程中,焊接工艺具有非常重要的意义,焊接作为主要的钢结构连接方式,具有结构强度高、成本相对较低、可靠性高、结构灵活等优点。焊接质量的优劣影响着舰船的强度与寿命,在焊接过程中产生大量高温,结构可能产生弹性和塑性变形等。为了系统的分析船舶大型复杂结构的焊接变形,提高焊接质量,本文基于有限元分析技术对船舶大型复杂结构的焊接应力和应变进行研究,并基于Ansys软件进行建模和仿真。 Welding technology is of great significance in the production and manufacture of warships.As the main connecting mode of steel structure,welding has the advantages of high structural strength,relatively low cost,high reliability and flexible structure.Welding quality affects the strength and life of naval ships.During the welding process,a large number of high temperatures are produced,and the structure may produce elastic and plastic deformation.In order to systematically analyze the welding deformation of large and complex structures of ships and improve the welding quality,this paper studies the welding stress and strain of large and complex structures of ships based on finite element analysis technology,and proceeds with Ansys software.Modeling and simulation are carried out.
