摘要
为提高船舶机舱中设备运行质量,研究其自动化控制系统具有重要的现实意义。针对传统自动化控制系统性能较差的问题,设计一种新的舰船机舱的全自动化系统。该系统借鉴B/S三层结构,将本系统分为数据采集层、现场监控层以及远程管理层,并根据框架组成需要,设计系统硬件,包括传感器、CAN现场总线、遥控元件以及主控台等,最后设计相应的系统软件运行程序,为系统硬件运行提供逻辑指导。结果表明,与传统系统相比,本系统面对不断增加的负荷,其任务完成度要更高,说明本系统的自动化控制性能更好。
In order to improve the operation quality of marine engine room,it is of great practical significance to study its automation control system.For this reason,aiming at the poor performance of automation control in traditional systems,a new full automation system for marine engine room is designed.Referring to B/S three-tier structure,the system is divided into data acquisition layer,field monitoring layer and remote management layer.According to the needs of the framework,the hardware of the system is designed,including sensors,CAN fieldbus,remote control elements and the main console,and the corresponding software running program is designed to run the hardware of the system.For logical guidance.The results show that compared with the traditional system,the system has higher task completion degree in the face of increasing load,which shows that the automation control performance of the system is better.
