摘要
故障信号获取在船舶电子电力设备故障检测中具有重要作用,获取的故障信号质量越高,检测结果越好。为此,针对传统故障信号获取系统在面对强噪声干扰下,采集到的信号质量较差的问题,研究一种强噪声下船舶电子电力设备微弱故障信号获取系统。该系统在软件程序指导下,利用传感设备、通信设备以及DSP实现信号采集、处理、传输、分析、显示等功能。经测试,面对强噪声干扰,本系统采集到电子电力设备微弱故障信号信噪比要大于传统系统,由此说明本系统获取的信号质量更高,更有利于设备故障检测。
Fault signal acquisition plays an important role in fault detection of marine electronic power equipment.The higher the quality of fault signal acquired,the better the detection results.For this reason,a weak fault signal acquisition system for ship electronic power equipment under strong noise is studied in order to solve the problem of poor quality of signal collected by traditional fault signal acquisition system under strong noise interference.Under the guidance of software program,the system realizes the functions of signal acquisition,processing,transmission,analysis and display by using sensor equipment,communication equipment and DSP.After testing,in the face of strong noise interference,the signal-to-noise ratio of weak fault signal collected by this system is larger than that of traditional system,which shows that the signal quality obtained by this system is higher,and it is more conducive to equipment fault detection.
