摘要
传统船舶起重机械负载运行过程中,存在运行调度指令响应速度慢,控制效率低的问题。针对问题产生原因,对起重机控制架构指令算法进行分析,提出交流变频调速技术下船舶起重机械负载均衡处理。首先,采用变频均衡调度算法对传统调度算法进行均衡参数关系量的修正计算;其次,引入均衡逻辑算法对调度信号控制逻辑进行优化。最后,通过设计的仿真实验,验证证明提出设计具有控制调度指令响应速度快,控制效率高,满足设计要求。
In the process of traditional ship crane load operation,there are some problems,such as slow response of operation dispatching instructions and low control efficiency.Aiming at the cause of the problem,the instruction algorithm of crane control architecture is analyzed,and the load balancing of ship crane under AC variable frequency speed regulation technology is put forward.Firstly,the frequency conversion balanced scheduling algorithm is used to modify the balanced parameter relationship of the traditional scheduling algorithm.Then,the balanced logic algorithm is introduced to optimize the scheduling signal control logic.Finally,through the design of simulation experiments,it is proved that the proposed design has the advantages of fast response of control dispatching instructions,high control efficiency and meeting the design requirements.
