摘要
传统变频空调风机频率控制系统,在海洋平台上的使用过程中,受到海洋平台特殊环境因素的影响,风机转速扰动系数增大,并具有不确定性。导致频率控制系统无法对风机转子转速频率进行准确识别,致使风机转速负载过大,风量调节失常。针对问题的产生,提出海洋平台变频空调风机频率模糊控制系统设计。1)对风机转子常规运行频率曲线进行分析;2)根据曲线变化针对性引入模糊频率优选算法,对曲线失常部分的转速频率进行修正;3)在现有控制系统上接入变频控制器,实现模糊频率优选算法的平台计入,保证风机频率模糊计算的稳定运行;4)通过仿真实验的方式对提出设计的控制系统进行有效性与稳定性测试,并对数据进行对比证明。
The traditional frequency control system of variable frequency air conditioning fan is affected by the special environment factors of offshore platform in the process of using on the offshore platform.The disturbance coefficient of fan speed increases and has uncertainty.As a result,the frequency control system can not accurately identify the rotor speed and frequency of the fan,resulting in the fan speed load is too large and the air volume regulation is out of order.Aiming at the problem,the design of frequency fuzzy control system for variable frequency air conditioning fan on offshore platform is proposed.Firstly,the conventional operation frequency curve of the fan rotor is analyzed;secondly,according to the curve change,a fuzzy frequency optimization algorithm is introduced to correct the speed and frequency of the abnormal part of the curve;secondly,a frequency conversion controller is added to the existing control system to realize the platform of the fuzzy frequency optimization algorithm,so as to ensure the stable operation of the fan frequency fuzzy calculation.The validity and stability of the proposed control system are tested by simulation experiment,and the data are compared to prove it.
