船用分布式单片机自动容错控制系统

摘要 为解决传统船用分布式单片机控制系统存在抗干扰能力较低的不足,提出船用分布式单片机自动容错控制系统设计,基于船用分布式单片机自动容错控制系统结构设计,以及系统外部连接的设计,实现了控制系统的硬件设计;依托自动容错控制系统容错算法设计、程序设计,完成了船用分布式单片机自动容错控制系统的软件设计,实现了提出的系统设计,实验数据表明,运行提出的分布式单片机自动容错控制系统较传统控制系统,抗干扰能力提升11.74%,适合于自动控制集成性高的船舶使用。 In order to solve the problem of low anti-interference ability in traditional marine distributed single-chip computer control system,the design of marine distributed single-chip computer automatic fault-tolerant control system is proposed.Based on the structure design of marine distributed single-chip computer automatic fault-tolerant control system and the design of system external connection,the hardware design of marine distributed single-chip computer automatic control system is realized.The fault-tolerant algorithm design and program design of the control system have completed the software design of the marine distributed single-chip computer automatic fault-tolerant control system and realized the proposed system design.The experimental data show that the proposed distributed single-chip computer automatic fault-tolerant control system is 11.74%better than the traditional control system,and is suitable for the ship with high integration of automatic control.
