p53蛋白与增殖细胞核抗原在胃癌中表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of p53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in gastric carcinoma

目的 研究p53、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理和预后的关系。方法 采用免疫组化技术(S-P法)对33例胃癌组织及20例正常胃粘膜组织进行p53、PCNA检测。结果p53、PCNA阳性表达率分别为57.6％,93.9％;PCNA强阳性表达率为67.7％;p53阳性表达率及PCNA强阳性表达率均与胃癌组织类型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关。差异具有显著性(P<0.05);p53蛋白表达与PCNA强阳性表达呈正相关。结论 联合检测p53和PCNA对判断胃癌的恶性程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移趋势和预后具有重要价值。

Objective To study the relationgship among the expressions of p53 proteins and PCNA in gastric carcinoma and clinicopath-ological features and prognosis. Methods The expressions of p53 proteins and PCNA were detected in 33 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric tissues by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results The postitive rates of p53 proteins and PCNA waa 57.6% and 93. 9%, respectively. The strongly positive rate of PCNA was 67.7%. The positive rate of p53 proteins and the strongly poaivtive rate of PCNA were correlated with histological type, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma. The difference was significant ( P > 0.05). The expression of pS3 proteins was in positive relationship with the strongly positive rate of PCNA. Conclusions The detection of p53 proteins and PCNA is valuable for evaluating the malignancy degree, depth of invasion and lymph node mestastasis of gastric carcinoma and prognosis.
