中国肉牛养殖成本收益影响因素贡献率分析

Analysis on Contribution Rate of Factors Affecting the Cost-benefit of China's Beef Cattle

本文利用全国肉牛养殖2010~2015年成本收益数据,从贡献率和贡献份额就各因素对中国肉牛养殖成本收益的影响进行对比分析。结果表明:从收益角度看,肉牛价格的提高对肉牛养殖收益增长贡献较为显著,产量的提升对肉牛养殖收益增长贡献较小。从成本及其内部构成角度看,价格提升对成本提升的作用最为显著,数量对其影响不明显,不同地区还出现负向影响。内部要素中仔畜费用的增加是推动肉牛养殖成本上升的首要因素,其次是人工费用、青粗饲料费用和精饲料费用增加的作用,并提出相应的对策建议。

Based on the cost and profit data of beef cattle farming in China from 2010~2015,the influence of various factors on the cost and profit of Chinese beef cattle breeding was compared and analyzed in respect of the contribution rate and contribution share.The results showed that,from the perspective of profit,the increase of beef cattle price had a significant contribution to the growth of beef cattle breeding,and the increase of production had little contribution to the growth of beef cattle breeding.From the perspective of cost and its internal structure,price increase played the most significant role in cost increase,and its influence on quantity was not obvious,some regions were even affected negatively.The increase of newborn animal cost was the primary factor to promote the rise of beef cattle breeding cost,followed by labor cost,roughage cost and feed cost.And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
