分析油田人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在当前社会经济不断发展的状态下,对于油田来说,人力资源管理对组织绩效产生的影响很多,包括员工队伍、或者是员工自身等等,都会产生不同的影响,而在一定程度上人力资源管理对组织绩效会产生相对积极的影响,推动油田人力资源管理自身的发展,本文对油田人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响进行分析。
