花基本结构的多样性及其分子机制 被引量:5

Diversity of flowers in basic structure and its underlying molecular mechanisms

摘要 花是被子植物特有的繁殖结构,多样性极为丰富.花在基本结构和其他方面的多样化极大地促进了被子植物的繁盛.近年来,随着进化发育生物学的兴起和蓬勃发展,人们对花基本结构建立和多样化的分子机制有了深入的认识.本文系统总结了花在花器官的类型、花的对称性、花器官的融合、花器官的排列方式和花器官的数目等方面所呈现的多样性及其发育和进化机制,提出将来的研究应该聚焦在"发展新的模式体系"、"利用和开发新技术"和"整合多学科"等方面,以全面揭示花基本结构多样化的根本原因、机制和规律. As the reproductive structures of angiosperms,flowers show tremendous diversity in morphology and structure.The diversification of flowers in basic structure and other features has greatly contributed to the success of angiosperms.In recent years,thanks to the rise of,as well as the rapid progress in evolutionary developmental biology(evo-devo),our knowledge of the molecular basis for the development and diversification of flowers in basic structure has advanced considerably.In this review,we attempt to summarize the developmental and evolutionary mechanisms underlying the diversification of flowers in terms of types,fusion,arrangement patterns,and number of floral organs,as well as floral symmetry.We suggest that future studies should be focused on the establishment of new model systems,application of advanced approaches and integration of multiple disciplines to elucidate the processes,patterns,causes,and molecular bases of the diversification of flowers in basic structure.
