警察执法规范化水平的高低,在某种程度上取决于警察队伍管理水平的高低。当前警察队伍管理中,存在诸如管理意识有偏差、管理制度不严密、用人机制不完善、绩效考核不科学、从优待警落实不够、监督制约乏力等问题。正确认识并有针对性地研究相应对策,无疑有利于进一步推动和深化公安执法规范化建设。

The level of standardization of police law enforcement,to some extent,depends on the level of police management.There are some problems about police management,such as,the deviation of management idea,non-systematic management system,imperfect employing mechanism,unscientific performance assessment,the unfulfilment of preferential treatment for police and weak supervision,etc.Correctly understanding and studying these problems specifically will undoubtedly help to further promote and deepen the process of law enforcement standardization.
