摘要
虐童案件的不断出现,凸显了目前我国未成年人保护刑事法律体系的不完备。修改现有的虐待罪规定,扩大其适用范围,使法条涵盖更广,不仅有助于对未成年人的保护,同时还可以应对我国进入老龄化社会的需要。
The emergence of child abuse cases has highlighted the deficiency of the Chinese criminal law system in protecting minors. It will not only contribute to the protection of minors, but also meet the demands of an aging Chinese society to revise the existing stipulations on the crime of abuse, to expand the scope of its application, and to increase the coverage of the provisions.
