摘要
使用一段时间的机械保温车车体的表面都会生锈,目前都是靠人工进行除锈清理,但由于机保车车身面积大,因此除锈手工作业劳动强度大。针对机保车车身表面除锈工艺要求,提出一种通过双向扫描凹槽轮廓特征来确定重复扫描除锈工艺参数的方法。实验结果表明:该工艺参数确定方法在一定范围内有效可行,激光除锈能够达到机保车车体涂装清洁度标准,并能满足表面粗糙度的要求,为激光除锈在机保车车体表面清洗中的应用提供了有效的工艺参数确定方法。
The surface of mechanical insulated van body will get rusty after it is used for a while.At present,dust removal depends on manual work.However,the mechanical insulated van body area is large,thus manual work of rust removal has large labor strength.Aiming at the technological requirements of rust removal on the surface of mechanical insulated van body,a method of bidirectional scanning groove contour feature to confirm rescanning technological parameters of dust removal was proposed.The experimental results indicate that the confirmative method of technological parameters is feasible in certain range.Laser rust removal can reach the coating cleanliness standard of mechanical insulated van body and meets requirements of surface roughness.It provides an effective technological parameters confirmative method for surface cleaning of mechanical insulated van.
