摘要
新型声频振动环保钻机采用超高频振动钻进方式,不用泥浆、不污染样品,能够快速、连续获取无扰动地层样品,为勘察和勘探工作提供高质量的地质样品,较传统勘察钻机有明显优势。介绍钻机的结构特点、声频动力头及液压系统的设计、钻机场地试验和尾矿库勘察的工程应用。该钻机在环境地质调查、尾矿库勘察、砂金矿等水溶性矿物勘探、物探爆破孔等领域具有推广应用价值。
In the new type sonic environmental drilling rig, ultra-high frequency vibration drilling method is used. This method doesn’t need mud and without pollution for sample. It can obtains non-disturbed statra sample rapidly and continuously,it can provide high-quality statra sample for exploring and has obvious advantage than traditional investigation drill rig. The rig structure, the design of sonic drill head and hydraulic system, the mensuration and good effect of tailing dam investigation were introduced.The sonic drill rig has great value for enviromental geology investigation, tailings reservoir prospecting, placer gold and water solution mineral exploration, geophysical prospecting blasting hole.
