摘要
五轴数控机床后置处理是优化加工工艺的关键步骤,其难点是如何在满足刀轴矢量的条件下,尽量提高转轴运动的连续性。针对后置转角的优化问题,提出一种利用运动行程限制将根据各行刀位矢量求解的理论解转化为有效解,再根据有效解类型逐行比较得到两列不同的备选解,最终选择不发生转角突变或突变次数少的解作为优化结果的计算方法。该方法突破优势区间及机床机构的限制,具有通用性,可有效利用机床行程,尽量避免由于转角不连续所附加的提刀轨迹,提高加工效率和稳定性。
Five-axis CNC machine tool post-processing is the key step to optimize the processing process.The difficulty is how to improve the continuity of the shaft movement as far as possible under the conditions of meeting the knife axis vector.A theoretical solution for solving the position vector of each row was proposed by using the motion stroke limit.Then,according to the effective solution type,two different alternative solutions were obtained.The optimal solution was selected for which no corner change or mutation is less.This method can overcome the limitation of the advantage interval and the machine tool mechanism,and has generality.It can effectively utilize the machine tool travel and avoid the additional tool path due to the discontinuity of the turning angle to improve the processing efficiency and stability.
