圆锥曲线极坐标的统一方程在数控车削异型零件宏编程中的巧用 被引量:5

摘要 在数车编程中,椭圆、抛物线和双曲线,这些圆锥曲线形状无法用基本指令来编程,只能用宏程序来完成。在分析了圆锥曲线形状的宏编程方法之后,发现方法很多但缺少一个统一的编程模式,因此以FANUC-Oi Mate数控系统为例,提出了一种巧用圆锥曲线极坐标的统一方程,对椭圆、抛物线和双曲线的车削宏程序进行完美编制的新方法。该方法设计的程序结构简短,3种曲线间转换方便,降低了编程难度,提升了编程效率和课堂质量,并高效地完成了圆锥曲线回转体工件的加工。 In numerical control turning programming,the shape of the conic curve,such as elliptic,parabolic and hyperbolic,can’t use the basic instructions to program,but only the macro program.After analyzing the macro programming method of the shape of the conic curve,it was found that there were many methods but lack of a unified programming model.So the FANUC-Oi Mate CNC system was taken as an example.A new feasible method of using unified polar coordinate equation of conic to compile macro program for elliptic,parabolic and hyperbolic was illustrated.The designed program is simple in structure and easy to convert between the three curves,and reduces the programming difficulty,improves the programming efficiency and the classroom quality,and a revolved workpiece of conic is processed efficiently.
