摘要
对一种新型的光纤流体压力传感器进行了设计与研究。依据强度补偿原理,设计出了传感器系统,并建立了传感器系统的强度补偿模型;提出了一种基于活塞结构的光纤流体压力传感器探头,并建立了传感器的传感数学模型;在理论分析的基础上,对传感器进行了实验研究,得出了传感器在不同结构参数NA、l、d取值下的p-M曲线,实验结果表明:传感器的输出值与压力p之间存在线性关系,传感器具有较好的灵敏度。能够满足不同场合流体压力的检测。
A new type of the optical fiber fluid pressure sensor was designed and studied.Firstly,the sensor system was designed based on the principle of intensity compensation,and the compensation model of the sensor system was established.Then,the optical fiber fluid pressure sensor probe based on piston structure was presented,and the mathematical model of sensor was established.Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the sensor was studied,and the p-M curves under different structural parameters NA、l、d values were obtained.The experimental results show that there is a linear relationship between the output value of the sensor and the pressure p,and the sensor has good sensitivity.The results show that the sensor can meet the requirements of different occasions.
