摘要
根据大型动龙门铣床的液压需求,在分析机床松刀、换挡和轴锁紧功能基础上,通过优化液压系统启动控制逻辑,实现了机床液压站的安全启动功能,提高大型机床液压系统工作的可靠性和稳定性。
According to the hydraulic requirements of the large-scale gantry milling machine,on the basis of analyzing the loosening,shifting and shaft locking functions of the machine tool,the safe starting function of the hydraulic station of the machine tool was realized by optimizing the hydraulic system start control logic,and the reliability and stability of hydraulic system were improved.
