摘要 目的 研究影响医学大专生学习成绩的精神心理因素。方法 采用SCL-90和EPQ量表对某校588名医学大专生测试,并与学习成绩进行相关研究。结果 医学大专生心理健康状况低于国内青年常模,存在各种心理问题的比例为14.79%,以强迫、人际关系、抑郁和偏执为主。两个不同专业和性别存在着差异。多因素回归分析表明,人格特征中的N和L维度与学习成绩无相关关系,而E和P维度与学习成绩呈负相关。心理健康状况与学习成绩无必然联系。结论 健全的人格是影响学习成绩的重要因素之一。因此,在对学生进行专业知识教育的同时,还需要注意他们良好心理素质和健全人格的培养。 Objective To investigate the psychological factors affecting the academic records of medical students for three years program. Methods The psychological status were investigated by SCL-90 and EPQ in 588 medical students in a university. Correlation analysis was performed between psychological status and the academic records. Results The psychological status in medical students were below those of the national norm. 14.79% of the students having various kinds of psychological problems, mainly for compulsion, sociality, depression or bigotry. There were significant differences between both of two disciplines and sexes, respectively. The multiple-factor regression analysis showed that there was no significantly correlation between N or L in personal character and the academic scores, while E and P correlated negatively to the scores. There was no certain relationship between psychological status and the scores. Conclusions Personality is one of the important factors influencing the scores of students. Thus, it is necessary to cultivate well the psychological disposition and perfect personality when educating students with professional knowledge.
