作为高新技术产业空间集聚的一种组织形式 ,农业科技园区是推动我国农业在WTO框架下持续健康发展、培育和提升其国际竞争力的关键所在。而农业科技园区的建设离不开高效而协调有力的动力机制作支撑。

As a means of regional clustering of hi tech industry, a region for hi tech agriculture is the key to promoting agricultural development in a sustained way, as well as fostering and improving its competitiveness internationally after Chinas entry into WTO. Meanwhile, the effective and cooperative dynamic mechanism is inseparable to the formation of regions for high tech agriculture.
