每一个时代都会产生“那个时期的需要而形成”的创新理论。理论创新是一代又一代人接力的历史课题。不同代领导人面临的世界之情、国家之情、党的状态之情,有相同的一面,更有不同的一面,所产生的时代课题也不相同。与时俱进代表了人的认识是无止境的,理论创新本身也总是在发展过程中的。因此,实践无止境,理论创新也是无止境,由此构成了人类社会不断认识、不断发展的历史过程。

Every age has given birth to the innovative theory which came into being on the basis of the need of that age. Theoretical innovation is the historical task passed on from generation to generation. There has been different historical tasks for different leader generations because the condition of the world, country and party they faced has not only identical aspects but also different aspects. Keeping pace with the times stands for the endless recognition of human beings, and theoretical innovation itself is always in progress. Therefore, there will be no end to practice and theoretical innovation, which formed the history process of endless recognition and progress of human society.
