商业开放?中国电信服务市场与WTO
摘要
一、引言自2001年底中国加入WTO随之开始的"蜜月期"以来,很多WTO成员在争端解决机制下对中国提出申诉,声称中国违反了WTO规则。其中一些争端已由评审团和上诉机构解决,或达成双边协议,3而还有一些案件在本文写作时仍处于磋商或评审团评审阶段。这些争端揭示了中国作为世界上最大和经济增长最快的国家之一,在全面融人世界贸易体系时不断进行的全球化调整。中国在国际贸易中的重要角色也反映在某些单边措施中。
