Some Considerations about Urban Land Utilization Laws

现有的城市规划实践滞后于城市建设与发展 ,其原因是对城市土地利用规律缺乏研究。通过对国内地理学界一些土地利用理论进行了初步的介绍 ,以期对城市规划实践有所裨益。

The Present city planning is behind urban construction and development for lack of study on urban land utilization laws. This paper introduces some theories of land utilization of domestic geographers in the hope of being beneficial to city planning practice.
