在经济平稳较快发展的中国,管理人才的需求量将会越来越大。但与此相矛盾的是我国管理教育起步较晚,发展缓慢,并且在管理教育的研究中案例教学法的应用也存在诸多的困难。文章通过对案例教学法在管理学教学中的应用研究,旨在对其作出正确的基本定位,并对该教学方法和教学模式提供基本的操作过程。

With the stable and rapid economic development in China, the demand for management personnel will increase. But this contradiction is that our management education started late and developed slowly, application of case teaching method also has many difficulties in the research of management education.Through the research of case teaching method application in the management science,the paper seeks to make the right teaching basic positioning and provide basic operating procedures for basic teaching methods and modes.
