The Serial Design of the Fin Stabilizer Actuators

为了缩短减摇鳍产品的设计周期,依据机械产品系列化设计的基本理论,采用纵系列产品系列化设计方法和步骤,对减摇鳍装置执行机构进行了系列化设计,确定了执行机构各系列产品的规格尺寸和关键参数。产品系列化后有效降低了产品的制造成本,提高产品市场竞争力。

In order to shorten the design period of the fin stabilizers, this paper introduces the serial design on the fin stabilizer actuators. According to the basic theory of mechanical product serial design, longitudinal series product serial design methods and steps are adopted. It also determines the size and the key parameters of the various series actuators. Product serial effectively reduces the manufacturing cost and improves product market competition.
