摘要
针对某特殊环境,研制了一种剪叉式液压升降机。该装置主要由平台、导向柱、内臂架、外臂架、驱动油缸、机架、液压机组和电控柜等组成,对升降机各个部分进行结构设计,平台采用网格结构,并利用运动学仿真进行结构优化。
In order to meet the requirements in special environment, a new hydraulic scissor-fork lift is developed, which includes platform,oriented pole,inside fork frame,outside fork frame,driving piston,frame, hydraulic power station and electric cabinet, etc. The structure design for each part of the scissor-fork lift is carried out. The platform's grid structure is optimized by ADAMS analysis.
