升降机安全装置断裂失效与改进有限元分析

摘要 针对升降机安全座断裂现象,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench建立安全装置的有限元模型,仿真分析重物对安全座的冲击应力,仿真得到的危险部位与安全座断裂部位一致。根据安全座的应力分布情况,提出改进措施,对改进结构后的安全座进行仿真分析。结果表明最大应力值较改进前明显降低,验证了文中提出的改进方案的有效性,为安全保护装置关键零部件的优化设计提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of security seat's rupture, the stress impact on security seat is simulated by the finite element model of elevator's security seat established on the basis of ANSYS Workbench. Through the simulation analysis, the risk strength parts is found to be consistent with the breakpoint. The modified structure is proposed based on distribution of stress and then stress analysis of the modified is finished. The results show that the intensity of weak parts is significantly lower than before, which verifies the effectiveness of the modification structure. The study provides a reference for the optimal design of key components on the security device.
