摘要
对升降机平台导轮的受力进行理论计算,找出影响导轮受力的关键因素。并利用Adams软件对平台运动过程中T型导轨和三角型导轨下导轮受力情况进行仿真分析。结果表明:三角型导轨中导轮的受力要略大,且两种导轨型式中各导轮受力随偏载的变化趋势也不相同。最后对两种导轨型式的优缺点进行了分析。
Mechanics calculation is analyzed on elevator to identify the key factors that affect the force of the force of the guide wheels. Forces on guide wheels in T-rail and triangular rail are simulated by using Adams software. Result shows forces in triangular slightly larger and two trends of forces on each type of guide wheel is not same with the partial load. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of two rails are analyzed.
