基于西门子LOGO!的摇臂钻床控制系统研究

摘要 应用西门子LOGO!和变频器设计了摇臂钻床电气控制系统,完成了控制模块选型、地址分配和硬件接线图等控制系统硬件设计和摇臂钻床主轴转速和逻辑控制软件设计。与传统继电器-接触器控制系统比较,具有可靠性高、减少连接配线、维护方便等优点。 Designed the control system of radial drilling machine which used Siemens LOGO!.Accomplished the hardware system design including system control module selection,address assignment,wiring diagram of hardware design.It also accomplished the software design of spindle speed and logic control.The control system has the advantages of high reliability,reduce the connecting wiring,saving control cabinet space and convenient maintenance when it contrasted with the traditional control system used relays and contactors.
