摘要
介绍一种以有限元分析为基础,实测数据与理论分析相结合的起重机主梁结构安全评估方法,并以酒钢宏兴股份公司炼轧厂在用QD95/20t冶金起重机主梁结构的安全评估为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
A safety assessment method for main beam of large-scale metallurgic crane is introduced,which is the combination of the measured data and the finite element analysis.Then,a QD95/20 t metallurgic crane,which is used in the Jiugang Hongxing melting and rolling plant,is assessed with this method.The results indicate that this safety assessment method is feasible and effective.
