摘要
长期的应力作用于流量计振动管会使流量计振动管发生疲劳,产生疲劳裂纹,疲劳裂纹以一定的速率扩展,最后导致振动管断裂。基于ANSYS软件,结合金属疲劳定量理论,从静力学方面分析了ZLJC7型科氏质量流量计振动管被扭转时受到的剪应力的分布及在剪应力作用下振动管断裂的方向。
The stress acting on the flowmeter vibration tube makes the flowmeter vibration fatigue long tube,which leads to fatigue cracks.The fatigue cracks at a certain speed until the vibration tube rupture.Based on ANSYS software,according to the theory of metal fatigue quantitative,in the statics analysis of the distribution of the shear stress and the direction of vibration tube rupture under shear stresses when ZLJC7 type Coriolis mass flowmeter vibration tube was reversed.
