摘要
串行工程和并行工程是不同企业所实施的不同方法。论述了航空企业在生产各阶段实施串行工程所存在的不足及实施并行工程的优点,提出了实施并行工程的思路。
Serial engineering and concurrent engineering is different implementation of the method in different enterprises.This paper discusses the disadvantages of serial engineering and the advantages of parallel engineering at each stage of production in the aviation enterprises,and presents idea of the implementation of concurrent engineering.
