摘要
轨道运输小车在工程机械制造领域自动化流水线上的应用快速增长。为研究轨道运输小车驱动系统的设计合理性,使设计达到预期效果,运用Solid Edge V20完成轨道运输小车机构模型的创建,使用动力学分析软件ADAMS对该小车做了虚拟样机运动学仿真。通过一系列参数设置和校正,仿真结果与理论设计结果进行对比,对小车的驱动系统进行优化和改进,使小车达到最佳性能,并缩短产品的试制周期和降低开发成本。
The application of automated assembly line in the car on the track transportation engineering machinery manufacturing rapid growth,with the advantage of some performance in order to improve production efficiency.For the study of rail transportation trolley drive system design is reasonable,so the design to achieve the desired effect.The use of Solid Edge V20 finish creating rail transportation trolley agency model,the use of dynamic analysis software ADAMS virtual prototype of the car made a kinematic simulation.Through a series of comparison and calibration parameters,simulation results and theoretical design results.According to information obtained by simulation of the trolley drive system optimization and improvement,so that the car reaches optimum performance and shorten the product development cycle and reduce the cost of the trial.
