摘要
以某船舶公司设计的典型TDK型管节点为研究对象,根据等强度理论推导出撑管在等强度条件下的壁厚函数,使撑管截面尺寸的变化与内应力变化相适应。利用ANSYS软件对其进行计算验证并对比分析,其结果表明,由该壁厚函数所确定的撑管满足等强度设计,其结构质量减轻了17.8%。
In this paper,the typical TDK-type pipe joints which was designed by a shipping company was as the object of study,in theory the wall thickness function of bracing tube were deduced in equal strength conditions based on equal-strength,achieved that the change of the bracing tube cross-section size was compatible with changes of the bracing tube internal stresses.And the object of study was calculated and contrast analysis using ANSYS software.The results show that the bracing tube determined by the wall thickness function meet the equal strength design,and the structure was weight by 17.8%.
