摘要
汽车水泵的工作性能是汽车发动机性能的关键环节之一。以WR3258152型汽车水泵轴承转子为研究对象,建立了力学计算模型和载荷计算模型公式,对其进行受力分析。建立了水泵滚动轴承-转子系统的动力学模型,对其进行了离散化和线性化处理。用改进的传递矩阵法分析了轴承-转子系统弯曲振动的固有频率、模态阵型和不平衡响应,分析了风扇和带轮偏心不平衡量的大小对转子系统横向振动响应振幅的影响。
The working performance of automobile water-pump is one of the key aspects for automobile engine.The WR3258152 automotbile water-pump rotor bearing is investigated in this thesis.After analyzing the load,the suitable mechanics calculation model and load calculation formula are summarized and established and the dynamics model of the pump rolling rotor bearing system is constructed.And then the discretization and linearization are applied in it.The natural frequency,modal shape and unbalanced response of flexural vibration in the rotor bearing system are studied by using the modified transfer matrix,and influences of unbalanced response of the cooling fan and the driving belt wheel on the bending vibration response amplitude of rotor system are studied.
