摘要
将质量检测系统评估应用于火车转向架的质量检测系统中,利用其分析结果保证检测数据的有效性。利用偏倚、稳定性、线性、重复性和再现性等参数评估检测系统的误差。使用%R&R(表征量具好坏的特征数在总变差中所占的百分比)评估了检测系统的状态,并提出了基于%R&R的质量检测系统评估标准。
The quality inspection system is applied to the quality detection systemand the results of the analysisensure the effectiveness of the detection data.Using the parameters like bias,stability,linearity,repeatability,reproducibility and so on to evaluate the errors of the detection system,and finally evaluate the state of the detection system by%R&R(on behalf of the measuring good or bad features percentage of the total variation).And raise the evaluation criteria of the quality inspection system based on%R & R.
