摘要
讨论了利用PLC和变频器来实现多电机的同步控制。在充分考虑了控制精度和同步性能的基础上,设计了一种由可编程控制器、变频器、PC机、旋转编码器等组成的多电机同步控制系统方案,详细介绍了控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计,介绍了PC机与PLC之间的实时通信控制方式。
This article mianly discussed the multi-motor synchronous control by using PLC and iverter.In the case of considering the control accuracy and synchronous performance,proposed a multi-motor sunchronous control plan consist of PLC,inverter,PC,encoder and so on.Elaborated the hardware components and software design of the designed control system,introduced the real-time communication method between PLC and PC.
