摘要
研究了高楼自动擦玻璃装置智能控制电路的主控模块、驱动模块、运动模块和限位模块。主控模块为单片机最小系统,最小系统中的单片机采用STC89C52单片机;驱动模块采用具有H桥式电路和放大功率的集成驱动电路L298N;运动模块是通过电动机的运动控制由程序和驱动电路实现,电动机的调速由单片机提供的PWM调速信号;限位模块是通过触碰限位开关,确定装置的位置并输入信号。对该控制系统进行了模拟仿真。实验和仿真表明,该控制系统具有效率高、抗干扰能力强、运动准确、节能等优点。
The main intelligent control circuit design of the cabo device automatically is divided into four modules,control module,driver module,motion module and limit module.The control module is the smallest single-chip system,the minimum system microcontroller uses STC89C52 SCM.The driver module is made of an integrated Hbridge driver circuit and power amplification circuit L298 N.The motion module is controlled by the movement of the motor and the drive circuit is implemented by program.The speed control signal is provided by the microcontroller of the PWM speed control motor.The limit module is touching the limit switch,the position determining means and input the signal.Also the control system was simulated.Through experiments and simulations show that the control system with high efficiency,strong anti-interference ability,movement and accurate,energy saving.The experiments and simulations show that the control system is high efficiency,strong anti-interference ability,movement and accurate,energy saving.
