摘要
根据企业提供的数据,建立汽车排气系统的三维模型,并对排气系统进行自由和约束的模态分析,获取了其0~200Hz的各阶固有频率和振型。通过模态分析了解到排气系统本身的振动属性,分析得到其产生强烈振动的原因,并对结构优化提出了建议。
According to the data of the company,establish 3-D model of the exhaust system.Then suspension and constraint boundary modal analysis was proceeded on the finite element model of the exhaust system,the front several orders natural frequencies and modes of vibration under 200 Hz were obtained.Through the modal analysis of the exhaust system,the reason of serious vibration of the exhaust system in the test was known,and the modification advice of the structure was presented.
