摘要
为了改善传统的人工盖印方式,设计了一种以STM32F107VTC微控制器为控制核心的小型智能盖章机。盖章机通过光电传感器实时检测入纸和设备状态,采用直流减速电机驱动齿轮齿条机构,带动印章做上下往复运动,实施盖印。盖章机引入嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅲ,3.2英寸触摸屏上呈现了友好的人机交互界面,所有操作通过触摸轻松实现。设备可以切换多种盖印模式和速度,统计盖印数量,同时能有效保障印章的安全。应用结果表明,该设备运行稳定可靠,使用体验良好,达到设计要求。
To promote the traditional manual sealing style,a small intelligent sealing machine with the controlling core of micro-controller STM32F107 VTC is designed in this paper.Photosensors are used for real-time paper detection as well as the status of the machine.The pinion and rack,driven by a DC geared motor,forces the stamp to reciprocate up and down to seal on files.With the combination of the embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅲand the friendly human-machine interface,all operations can be fulfilled on the 3.2-inch sized touch screen.The seal machine manages to provide several modes and speeds,count the sealing numbers and insure safety of the stamp effectively.The machine is tested,and the results indicate that the seal machine runs steadily and reliably,offers users kind experience and matches the designing requirement.
