电磁焊接电路模型建立及改进

摘要 针对平板电磁焊接难以形成良好的焊接接头的技术难题,通过试验发现普通线圈电路的缺陷,设计了能增大线圈电容储存量且不熔断电路的方案。采用电磁仿真软件进行仿真试验,得到焊接板涡流密度云图及所受洛伦兹力曲线。证明改进后电路有助于形成良好的焊接接头且安全性能良好。 This dissertation aims at the technical problem that the electromagnetic welding of plate is difficult to form a good welded joint,and find out the deficiency of ordinary coil circuit,thus design a scheme that can increase the amount of capacitor storage in coil,and at the same time will not fuse the circuit.The author adopts the electromagnetic simulation software to conduct the simulation experiment,resulting in the welded plate vortex density nephogram and lorentz force curve.The author has proved the improved circuit contributes to form a good welded joint and the desirable safety.
