摘要
铁塔攀爬机是一种新型升降设备,主要用于特高压工程输电线路铁塔检修时运载工作人员或输送检修器械。设备传动形式采用齿轮齿条式,齿轮动力来源于带减速器的交流伺服电机。安全装置信号、操作指令信号均经过可编程人机界面控制器(operator control station,OCS)处理后,再基于Modbus RTU协议向交流伺服驱动器发送指令,控制电动机运转。设备在OCS的控制下,运行安全、稳定可靠。
The eiffel tower climbing machine is a new type of lifting equipment, mainly used in transmission line iron tower engineering maintenance, carrying the staff or conveying equipment maintenance. Equipment drive mode a-dopts gear rack type, gear power from the AC servo motor with gear box. After processing by operator control station, safety device signals and operating instructions send instruction to the AC servo drive, based on the Modbus RTU proto-col, to control motor running. Under the control of OCS,the equipment is safe,stable and reliable operation.
