摘要
数控机床故障排除后需对机床控制系统的返回参考点进行重新调整才能进行正常工作。以FANUC数控机床为例,介绍了数控机床在故障排除后开机回零的调整步骤、调整异常时的原因及排除方法,并对数控机床操作中常见故障进行了案例分析与处理。
In order that CNC machine tools normally works after clearing of a fault,it is necessary to readjust the reference point of the machine's control system.For example of FANUC CNC machine tools,this paper keeps an eye on three aspects.Firstly,this paper introduces adjustment procedure of back to reference point after clearing of CNC machine tools fault.Secondly,it shows why the abnormal situations occur when the machine returns to reference point and how the abnormal situations are excluded.Finally,analysis and treatment of common faults in the operations of CNC machine tools are discussed.
