摘要
搭建实物系统对PMSM进行性能研究,需要耗费大量的人力、物力等成本,并且仍难以针对电机内部的铁耗、磁路饱和等问题进行深入分析。文章介绍了流行的JMAG计算机仿真软件的功能特点,以PMSM为例,阐述了采用有限元方法建模与分析的主要步骤,给出了电机的一些关键波形。
A large amount of human and material resources have to be consumed to build the physical prototype of permanent magnet synchronous motor variable frequency drive.Besides,the problems including iron loss and magnetic saturation cannot be deeply analyzed.This paper firstly presents the main features of the prevailing simulation software of JMAG.Then the modeling and analysis process of finite element method for the permanent magnet synchronous motor are elaborated.Finally,some key simulation waveforms are provided.
