摘要
架桥机是桥梁施工的专用工程机械,然而由于工作环境恶劣、频繁的超负荷作业,架桥机容易发生脱轨、倾覆等重大事故。通过对架桥机的不安全因素进行分析,确定需监控的对象并选择合适的传感器进行数据采集,监控系统利用CAN总线传输数据、主控柜处理数据、上位机界面显示数据完成对架桥机的实时安全监控,在保障施工安全、提高工作效率、缩短施工周期等方面发挥了举足轻重的作用。
Bridge erector is engineering machinery exclusively used for bridge construction,however,because of the harsh working environment and frequent overload operations,erecting machine crashes often occur.After analyzing the unsafe factors of bridge erector,monitored objects and appropriate sensors for data acquisition have been determined.Monitoring system utilizes CAN bus to transfer data,main control cabinet to data processing,and PC interface to display data,which completes real-time safety monitoring of bridge erector.It plays a pivotal role in ensuring the construction safety,improving the work efficiency,and shortening the construction period.
